Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Chat Andreas, including the Chat Andreas Twitch Extension, website, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service

Chat Andreas provides Twitch-integrated functionality that allows viewers to trigger supported in-game events during participating Grand Theft Auto streams.

Available events, prices, cooldowns, and other settings are determined by the broadcaster and may vary between streams.

3. Twitch Identity

Chat Andreas uses identity information provided through Twitch to identify viewers using the extension and to associate submitted events with the viewer who submitted them.

Your Twitch password is handled by Twitch and is not provided to Chat Andreas.

4. Bits Transactions

Certain Chat Andreas features may require Twitch Bits. Payments and Bits transactions are processed by Twitch and are subject to Twitch's applicable terms and policies.

Chat Andreas may verify transaction information with Twitch before an event is accepted or delivered.

A successful Twitch transaction does not guarantee that an in-game event will occur exactly as expected. Events may fail or be unavailable because of game state, connection issues, broadcaster settings, cooldowns, software errors, or other technical conditions.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Attempt to submit fraudulent, forged, modified, or previously used transactions.
• Attempt to impersonate another Twitch user or falsify identity information.
• Attempt to bypass event prices, cooldowns, authentication, transaction verification, or other service restrictions.
• Attack, disrupt, overload, probe, scrape, reverse engineer for abusive purposes, or otherwise interfere with Chat Andreas infrastructure.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to obtain unauthorized access or functionality.
• Use the service in a manner that violates Twitch rules or applicable law.

6. Broadcaster Control

Broadcasters control which Chat Andreas events are enabled for their streams and may change prices, cooldowns, availability, or other event settings at any time.

Broadcasters may also disconnect or disable Chat Andreas at any time.

7. Third-Party Services

Chat Andreas relies on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including Twitch and hosting or network providers.

Chat Andreas is not responsible for outages, API changes, account restrictions, payment processing issues, or other actions taken by third-party services.

8. No Guarantee of Availability

Chat Andreas may be changed, interrupted, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful delivery of every event, compatibility with every game or system configuration, or error-free operation.

9. Disclaimer

Chat Andreas is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or continued availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of Chat Andreas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated as Chat Andreas changes. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
